Some would call the next month before the tax credit ends the perfect storm in real estate. Interest rates are at all time lows and home values are also at all time lows in Chicagoland & in most parts of the country.

Sellers also benefit by selling their home in this market because home inventory has dropped due to all the properties being snatched up by eager tax credit seeking buyers. The supply of buyers is still high, so homeowners looking to sell should put their home on the market as soon as possible.
